About The Trading Post

The Trading Post was founded in 2022 with the goal to help create a business community space in Tenterden offering those who work in the Weald of Kent a space with character to help grow their business with other like-minded people.

Very early on, we knew that to make the space interesting and a place people will be naturally attracted to, we laid out the facilities people would need to help grow their businesses. These include a coworking space, small office studios, large office space (for bigger teams), meeting and conference rooms and of course an onsite Eatery.

The new campus comprises four buildings surrounded by a beautiful garden, and a lake and includes plenty of on-site parking.

Coworking

Building “A” will host our coworking space as well as dedicated private studio offices for 1 to 4 people. Our month-by-month rolling Coworking membership packages will be all-inclusive and includes access to our ultra-fast internet, printing facilities, tea & coffee from the coworking kitchen, meeting room bookings, and parking.

Offices & Spaces to Rent

Our private studio office pricing will include rent, business rates, utilities and all the other benefits of our Coworking space.

Building “B” and “C” both offer spaces up to 2,500 square feet, with pricing depending on the configuration, for tenants that need more space.

In addition to all of this, we have also partnered with a leading virtual office address company – VirtualHQ which will be able to provide mailing, directors and/or registered business addresses here at The Trading Post. They are also able to offer telephone numbers, telephone answering services and more.

Opening on the A28 just outside of Tenterden, The Trading Post is positioned to welcome businesses from Tenterden, Cranbrook, Goudhurst, Ham Street, Bethersden, Chilmington Green, and the surrounding area.
