Booking Policy
Overview
The following policy applies to the The Boardroom and The Chambers located at The Trading Post in Tenterden, Kent, TN30 6SP. The Trading Post is a trading name of PIFPAF Ltd.
This policy and any conditions listed in regards to the hire of these rooms are legally protected under UK Law.
By confirming the booking, you agree to these policies.
Any bookings are not secured until payment and confirmation has been received for the hire of any spaces. The Trading Post accepts no liability to any losses resulting in cancelling any non-secured bookings. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that they read and agree to the policy, and ensure payment and confirmation is made when required as per any invoice.
Payment
Payment for any room hire is required at time of booking. The Trading Post will raise an invoice (please provide details of who to invoice if not the named person), and payment should be made prior to the due date.
Where payment cannot be made by bank transfer, please contact The Trading Post to ask for a payment link to make payment by card.
Cancellations
The following fees will apply to cover any losses due to cancellations. Any cancellations must be put in writing and emailed to hello@tradingposttenterden.co.uk
1 month prior to the start time of the booking – 10% of total payable;
7 days prior to the start time of the booking – 50% of the total payable;
48 hours prior to the start time of the booking – 100% charge.
